Now provision for scheduled Tribes" has been made in place of "Nation commission for scheduled castes and scheduled tribes." 90th Constitution (Amendment) Act, 2003- by this amendment a new provision was added to the provision to clause (6) of Article 332. The need for this amendment arose due to the formation of Bodo Land State Territorial council.
