According to Article 3 of the Statute of the International court of Justice, the International court of Justice will consist of 15 members and no two of these Judges can be nationals of same state. According to Article 4, the members of the court will be elected by the General Assembly and the Security Council from the list of persons nominated by the national groups of the permanent court of Arbitration.
