These districts are Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Uttarkashi and Pithoragarh. Whereas Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh are not vulnerable to landslides due to being located on the Panthari region. On the other hand, most of Uttar Pradesh is plain and it is vulnerable to the disaster of floods.
