But the Supreme Court shall itself is not bound by its previous decision. Bengal immunity Co. Ltd. Vs State of Bihar (1955 SC), the Supreme Court has said that the Supreme Court is not bound by its previous decision. And in appropriate cases he may reverse his earlier decision.
