(d) Chittorgarh — Vijay Stambh is located in Chittorgarh fort of Rajasthan. This pillar is also called Kirti Stambh. This pillar was built by Rana Kumbha in 1448 AD. Maharana Kumbha had built this victory pillar for the presiding deity Vishnu in his memory after defeating Sultan Mahmood Shah Khilji of Malwa for the first time in the war.
